Job Summary : As the Commercial Product Launch Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful introduction of new products to the market. Your primary responsibility involves crafting and executing comprehensive product launch plans, overseeing the entire process from initial planning to execution. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and manufacturing, you will define launch strategies and objectives, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of new product launches and Geo Expansions, overseeing timelines and budget compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define launch strategies and objectives.
- Develop detailed launch plans outlining key activities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify key dependencies, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies and contingency planning.
- Maintain detailed cross-functional timelines for all launch components and facilitate effective communication between departments.
- Create and maintain dashboards for reporting launch status to team, senior/executive leadership, and Board of Directors.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance launch processes, methodologies, and overall efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of Launch Readiness Process, governance practices, and launch planning tools.
- Establish and manage launch timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating and optimizing launch success.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of direct project management experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
- Prior experience in launch management with a strong understanding of drug and device launch processes.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis software.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor's degree in sciences, business management, or a related field.
- Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing project priorities in a fast-paced business environment.
- Proactive and forward-thinking with outstanding relationship-building skills.
