Job description
We are seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Class Action Litigation Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting legal research, writing motions, managing discovery, and representing clients in court. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of litigation processes and procedures with Wage and Hour, as well as excellent writing skills.

As a Class Action Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for researching and preparing legal documents, filing motions and briefs, preparing and responding to discovery, attending court hearings, and representing clients in court. You will collaborate with other attorneys to ensure our clients legal needs are met and their rights are protected.
At Least 1 year of Experience with:
- Wage and Hour Litigation
- Exceptional Writing and Discovery Skills
- (JD) Juris Doctor
Competitive Base Salary ($125,000 - $200,000 Depending on Experience)
