We are looking for a BDC Sales Agent to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a "can-do" attitude and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities* Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain and update our CRM system with accurate lead and customer information. Track interactions and follow-up activities.
- Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to keep potential customers engaged and informed about our products/services.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a seamless handoff.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide administrative and research support, including preparing sales materials, reports, and presentations.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of various outreach methods.
- Customer Engagement: Maintain a positive and professional relationship with leads and customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications* At least one previous role based in customer service experience

- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver’s license
