Billing and Accounting Specialist
Napleton Fleet Group is the largest dealer fleet group in the country selling over 25,000 vehicles per year to fleet customers. Napleton Fleet Group is looking to fill this position which will be responsible for processing supplemental registration billings and processing accounts receivable payments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily bank review of Courtesy Delivery drafts from delivering dealers.
- Prepare and send client billing for tax and registration fees from draft.
- Check for accuracy of all documents.
- Process incoming accounts receivable payment.
- Payoff vehicles on floorplan.
- Data entry.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of automotive dealership or fleet accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
