Job Description: As a Project Manager in the Battery Storage division at JMS Energy, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of battery storage projects. You will play a pivotal role in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage renewable energy projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate project activities, including planning, resource allocation, procurement, and risk management, to achieve project objectives effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, finance, and regulatory compliance, to drive project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Manage project relationships, including clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to foster positive partnerships and ensure project alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, permits, and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in project management within the renewable energy industry, with a track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy technologies and project development processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as ProCore, Smartsheet, NetSuite, or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and permitting processes related to renewable energy projects.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
