A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are a pro at generating leads for our design consultants. Each day, you make calls to homeowners. Cheerfully, you deliver our scripted pitch, adjusting it as needed to meet the needs of each individual client. If the homeowner objects or has any questions, you skillfully address their concerns.
You practice active listening and carefully build trust between yourself and the customer. Then, you obtain the client's information, including names, addresses, and phone numbers, and set appointments for our design consultants. Additionally, you make calls to confirm appointments and to ensure customer satisfaction. You love working with people and take pride in completing successful calls!
QUALIFICATIONS
We will train you on the job ! Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you able to work independently and with others? Do you learn quickly? Are you persistent? Can you manage a variety of tasks effectively? If yes, you might just be perfect for this position!
WORK SCHEDULE
This position is full-time and typically works 8:30 am to 7 pm Monday- Friday, and Saturday with some weekend shifts .
