Medical Device Assembler
SmartTalent Lynnwood has multiple openings with a large medical device manufacturing company based in Everett, WA. These are long term Temp-to-hire opportunities looking for individuals who are looking for long term opportunities with a fast growing company. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year tenure with previous employers, high school diploma, assembly experience not required but a plus.
PAY: $18 - $19.80
LOCATION: Everett, WA
SCHEDULE:
1st Shift: 430am - 230pm - Monday - Thursday
2nd Shift: 530am - 330pm - Monday - Thursday
3rd Shift: 330pm - 2am - Monday - Thursday

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
● Performs manufacturing tasks according to written or verbal instructions, or by following drawings, diagrams and standard worksheets and written procedures
● Follow the current manufacturing methods and standards that are in use
● Operates various hand tools, measuring instruments, and specialized production equipment.
● Performs quality functional testing of products
● Performs packaging operations on products.
● Completes production order documentation to ensure correct processes and material traceability
● Support all improvements, projects and management decisions
● Follow all directions and complete all job tasks given to you by your manager, Team Lead and other management personnel
● Promptly communicate all issues to your Manager and Team Lead
● Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all daily housekeeping regimens
● Keep all shared work areas such as the Kitchen/break room, lunchroom, bathrooms, tables and walkways clean
QUALIFICATIONS
● High school education or equivalent
● 1-year related experience
● Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
● Must be able to read, write and speak in English at a level that is commensurate with the job
● Must have excellent hand/eye coordination and be able to work at a fast pace
● Must be able to stand for long periods of time performing repetitive tasks
