In this role, reporting to the District Operations Manager, you'll lead and manage all aspects of the branch to drive growth and achieve company objectives . You'll oversee production costs, revenue, and growth targets, directing a team of 25+ route drivers to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction and safety.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing operating plans, maintaining production and inventory records, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. With a focus on financial acumen and a knack for effective communication and negotiation, you'll drive sales and profitability while fostering a positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor's degree is preferred), along with 3+ years of supervisory management experience in a distribution environment, preferably in food and beverage delivery and sales. You'll have a proven track record of effectively leading and developing teams, strong financial analysis skills, and the ability to influence decision-makers.

Salary: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year – 15% target bonus and excellent benefits.
