Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Level 3 Project Engineer with AVD, Azure, and Intune experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of networks and server administration, and be able to troubleshoot and manage DNS, firewalls, switches, and network devices. The ideal candidate should also have excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 130K DOE.

• Position Overview: The Senior Level 3 Project Engineer will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and guidance to clients, while maintaining and deploying customer networks and systems. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of AVD, Azure, and Intune.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze, plan, design, test, deploy, maintain, and monitor customer networks;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer network and hardware issues;
  • Provide technical support to customers in a professional and timely manner;
  • Design and implement enterprise solutions;
  • Ensure the security of customer networks;
  • Manage and maintain DNS;
  • Assist with the installation and configuration of AVD, Azure, and Intune;
  • Provide feedback to management on customer solutions and requests; and
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in server administration and network troubleshooting;
  • Expert knowledge of DNS, firewalls, switches, and network devices;
  • In-depth knowledge of AVD, Azure, and Intune;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills; and
