We are a leading Love Coaching business dedicated to empowering women to find, nurture, and sustain profound romantic connections. We pride ourselves in offering high-ticket, transformative programs and experiences to our clientele. This is a full time position, 40 hours per week that requires w eekend and evening coverage. Your schedule will be Saturday through Wednesday, 11 AM to 7 PM EST.Requirements
-Tier 1 Zen Desk / Helpdesk Support: Assisting our clients and prospects in general inquiries, basic technical support, billing, and account administration. Elevating more complex tickets to Tier 2.
-Basic Sales Operations: Supporting our sales team in executing custom orders, refunds, client account management using the Keap CRM.
-Appointment administration and scheduling.
-Calling brand new clients to give them a personal welcome.
-Review of leads coming in multiple times a day, to qualify or disqualify candidates
-Reports: Daily end of day sales, various marketing reports.
-Data Entry and Data Cleanup: Customer data and daily sales data.
-Internal Content: Preparing and posting our live zoom mastermind recordings to our internal community.
-General Company mailbox: Check and respond to emails appropriately
-General Company SMS Inbox: Check and respond to SMS texts appropriately
-Total fluency in written and spoken English.
-Minimum 1 year of online helpdesk experience (preferably Zendesk)
-Experience with Keap/Infusionsoft administration
-A strong understanding of business technology to learn/adapt quickly to various software and workflows
-Proficient in spreadsheets and word processors (G-Suite)
-Must be willing to reach out to clients by phone, in addition to email and text. Being very comfortable and natural in conversation is critical to serve our clients.
-Experience in a Client Success role – turning scared, nervous, or even upset clients around to champion their success. Understanding what needs to be done to put them on the right trajectory.
