Job description

A company working to develop an ecosystem of surgical tools and technologies to support physicians and patient management is looking to hire a Field Service Engineer to join their growing team. This full-time position will work fully onsite in Princeton, NJ, and be a key member of the team becoming an expert in their specific devices. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be involved in troubleshooting and testing, training physicians in hospitals across the US, and working cross-functionally with teams across the company to ensure the devices are developed, manufactured, and marketed properly. This is a great opportunity to work with a company making a direct impact on the health and safety of people throughout the US.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, biomechanical engineering, bioengineering, or clinical engineering
• Experience with CT-based medical imaging data
• Clinical experience in 3D imaging post-processing or image guidance applications
• Knowledge of anatomical structures
• Knowledge of clinical Radiology environments

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office operations, including basic Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with providing hands-on training and guidance to physicians and OR personnel for the use of the company products
