Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a potential opportunity for a civilian RN Case Manager at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. This position offers:
Job Requirements:
The Case Manager RN will have the following requirements:
- Possess one of the following certifications:
o Commission for Case Manager Certification Certified Case Manager (CCM)
o Certification of Disability Management Specialists Commission: Certified Disability Management Specialist (CDMS)
o Association of Rehabilitation Nurses: Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN)
o American Board for Occupational Health Nurses Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) or Certified Occupational Health Nurse-Specialist
(COHN-S).
o National Board for Certification in Continuity of Care: Advanced Certification in Continuity of Care (ACCC)
o Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification: Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC)
o American Nurses Credentialing Center Nurse Case Manager (RN-NCM)
o National Academy of Certified Care Managers: Care Manager Certified (CMC) - Possess an Unrestricted RN license in the 50 states
- Possess a Master’s Degree in Case Manager accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
- BLS
- A minimum of 2 years as a RN with full-time experience in utilization management/utilization review or in broad-based clinical nursing and clinical case management working with adults, children, families, seniors and groups within the last 3 years. Have completed 30 hours of continuing education in nursing within the last 3 years
- • Continuing Education: Must attend continuing education annually to ensure continued awareness and expertise in clinical advances and best practices for gender-affirming healthcare. Course must be reviewed and approved by THMEU (Transgender Health Medical Evaluation Unit)
