What You Will Be Doing - Ensure consistent manufacturing of finished products meeting safety, quality, and GMP standards, on time, and meeting patient expectations
- Execute standard processes, workflows, and resource management to achieve business objectives
- Focus on material availability, finished goods quality, and on-time delivery through optimal resource allocation
- Ensure timely product launches according to business unit agreements
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly management processes for alignment with short-term and long-term production plans
- Identify and implement performance improvements through gap analysis and root-cause techniques
- Develop and execute a workforce development program to enhance flexibility
- Ensure succession plans, coaching, and specific training for direct reports (where applicable)
- Provide timely feedback and coaching to individuals and teams for their development and goal attainment
- Promote positive labor-management relationships and improve teamwork and employee involvement
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee involvement
- Drive excellence, prioritize safety, and support operators and staff in their tasks
- Motivate, guide, support, and coach resources to achieve objectives
What You Bring To The Job - Bachelor’s degree Industrial Engineering, Chemical, Business or Mechanical Engineering field
- Several years of progressive supervisory/management experience in plant operations within food or beverage manufacturing
- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing techniques
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Exposure to implementing continuous improvement, employee involvement techniques, and change management
- Basic understanding of OSHA and FDA regulations
- Ability to apply technical knowledge to practical applications
- Excellent follow-up skills and results-oriented with strong team involvement
- Ability to lead and drive change while maintaining high employee engagement
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills for maintaining a positive working environment
