Position Summary:
The VP of Marketing will lead a team of marketing professionals while orchestrating captivating stories that resonate with our audience. This position must weave these narratives into monetizable strategies that leverage our unique strengths. This position requires proficiency with Salesforce Marketing Cloud products, as it is pivotal in crafting campaigns that deepen customer engagement, enhance lead generation, and optimize conversions. The VP of Marketing will guide the implementation of innovative processes, measure ROI with precision, and bolster website traffic. As the creative director and strategic partner to the CEO, this position will be at the forefront of achieving our business objectives.
This position requires the candidate to be in-office and to work in a team environment.
Essential Functions:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to diverse target audiences.
- Identify and implement paid and organic advertising concepts to penetrate new markets and secure a high ROI.
- Manage the annual marketing budget and deliver transparent reports to the CEO and CFO, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Set and guide both short-term and long-term goals for the marketing team, nurturing talent and addressing department needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for media and PR initiatives, cultivating the company’s public image.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to create compelling, brand-aligned social media content using a well-structured monthly content calendar.
- Stay attuned to market competitors through diligent research, ensuring our company’s pioneering position.
- Develop novel strategies to elevate customer and non-customer engagement, emphasizing lead generation.
- Showcase excellence through long-term communication plans and inventive brand campaigns.
- Direct the creative development of all marketing communications, from ads to digital collateral, fostering a unified brand image.
- Introduce innovative ideas to amplify brand presence and resonance.
- Work closely with Recruitment and Client Relations teams to devise effective marketing programs that convert leads.
- Uphold brand standards and strategies, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience.
- Translate overarching marketing strategy into meticulous plans covering SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid search.
- Amplify website traffic by overseeing the generation of captivating content, optimized pages, and enticing lead magnets using our tech stack.
- Develop and implement new ideas for tradeshows that align with departmental objectives and elevate industry standards.
- Manage and expand philanthropic initiatives in line with our company's mission.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Mastery of social, digital, print, and email marketing to effectively reach diverse audiences.
- Skill in developing and implementing marketing operations processes.
- Comfort with ambiguity, adeptness at prioritization, and swift adaptation.
- Proven record of driving impactful marketing results, spanning audience targeting brand awareness.
- Strong leadership abilities, including team building, scaling, and management.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
- Ability to construct and present reports featuring accurate KPIs.
- Skill in task prioritization and delegation, optimizing team members' success.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage both in-office and remote personnel.
- Capability to gather, interpret, and communicate data to the executive team.
- Experience with Salesforce products, CRM best practices, and marketing automation.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Advertising or a related field required
- 10+ years of marketing experience in a Senior Manager/Director role required, with 5+ years of marketing campaign experience preferred
- Proficiency marketing automation platforms, Salesforce products, website CMS management, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and all major social media platforms.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This role will supervise 5-10 employees.

Pay Range : $190,000 - $220,000/yr. DOE
