Our food manufacturing plant in Opelika, AL, is a cornerstone of our organization, employing around 300 dedicated individuals. We take pride in our commitment to producing high-quality products while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Manager of Human Resources, you will lead a team of 5 direct reports, including an HR Generalist, 2 HR Representatives, a Training employee, and a Talent Acquisition employee. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within the plant.
• Providing strategic HR guidance to operations, serving as a business partner to drive organizational success.
• Leading and developing the HR team to ensure a high level of professionalism, accountability, and respect in all interactions.
• Playing a key role in talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and performance management.

Preferred Experience:

• Strong preference for manufacturing experience.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to hold individuals accountable in a professional and respectful manner.
• The ability to be a strategic business partner to operations.

Compensation:

The starting salary for this position is around $110,000-130,000, with a bonus potential of 15-22.5%. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and ample room for professional growth and development.
