Job description

Position : Financial Analyst

Location : Plano, TX(Day one onsite)

Duration : Long -term Contract

Exp : 7 to 8 + Years

Responsibilities :

• Design and manage framework to support this function.
• Develop and manage analysis methods for investigating actuals vs forecast.
• Monthly management of forecast inputs from functional workstream leads.
• Monthly forecast reporting.
• Monthly variance reporting.
• Monthly Risk analysis reporting.

Experience and Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management, Finance, or similar.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a budget analyst, financial analyst, business accountant, or similar.
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets and automating (VBA, Power BI) standard procedures and calculations, databases, and financial software applications.
• Experience in Financial modeling and forecasting.
• Demonstrates excellent financial and quantitative skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Works independently using project management skills.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Great organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in Microsoft Tools usage Excel, SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance, and information analysis
