Job Title: Tax Manager, Senior Tax Manager or Tax Director- flexible on title for the right candidate
Location:
Salary: $120k-210k + 15% bonus based on book of business

Based in the Seattle Area, we are a small Public Accounting firm that focuses on the Construction and Real Estate industry. While we have a variety of clients we work with, 70% of our book is in construction. We are in a position where we have a very strong book of clients and in a position to grow but are looking to make several hires to facilitate our growth as we have a great reputation and additional clients ready to come on! We are seeking a seasoned Tax Leader (Manager, Sr Manager or Director) or assist with Review, Mentor/Manage our staff and continue to grow our clientele as well.

Competitive Compensation: Wide range of $120k - 210k + Bonus depending on level of seniority (Open to Manager, Sr Manager or Director)
No more than 50-55 hrs during busy season and 40 hrs otherwise

What You Will Be Doing

-Working with small to mid-sized privately owned organizations
- Working with Business Owners in the Construction Industry
-Auditing

What You Need for this Position

- Must be a CPA
-5 years of Tax experience in Public Accounting
- Experience managing, mentoring or guiding others
-CCH Access experience a plus
-Experience in the construction is a plus
