Job description

We are looking for a CFO to join our behavioral health facility in Sussex County, Delaware! 

Responsibilities include the compiling, analyzing and reporting on the financial performance of the facility. Conducts financial analysis to assess the facility's short- and long-term range goals. Uses accepted financial and accounting principles, theories and concepts to ensure sufficient cash flow, reduced costs, and increased revenues.

Experience

• Required: Five (5) years of related experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a behavioral health setting

• Must have “for-profit” experience

• Need to have experience working with insurance companies in a for-profit psych medical setting (chasing insurance companies) 

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Finance, or related field

• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance area
  

Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $180,000.00 per year
