Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is a 336 bed non-profit facility providing quality health care to patients and communities in and around Seattle Washington. This position produces high quality diagnostic Computerized Tomography (CT)  images  for a wide variety of clinical indications, in an efficient manner, while maintaining patient comfort. This position may  occasionally require working  on   a mobile unit. 

Min hire rate is $47.64/hour.

We require:

• Washington State Certification for Radiologic Technologist and a certificate from the American Registry of Radiological Technology (ARRT) as well as current registration with ARRT is required.
• This position also requires current CPR validation,  strong knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, pathophysiology, and sterile techniques; basic IV procedure skills and IV contrast administration
• The ability to work with highly technical equipment; Proficient computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -
• Physical ability to lift equipment and assist in moving large patients
• Advanced ARRT certification in CT within 1 year of hire
• Interest in performing high-end complex exams such as coronary CTA, pre-TAVR CTA, CT colonography, code stroke studies etc.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health Compliance requirements.
