Job description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Manager supporting fraud investigations. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of investigators that mitigate fraud and loss throughout all Walmart U.S. stores. This role will also evaluate new and evolving methods of fraud and collaborate with business partners to develop prevention strategies.

You have a background with fraud prevention, risk mitigation, and investigations.
You’re familiar with the processes that create shrinkage and loss.
You know retail operations inside and out.
You are a proficient investigator with a strong background of retail investigations.
You have experience with leveraging multiple datasets to identify fraud and loss patterns.
You are a skilled leader who has led teams to exceeding goals.
You can build strong relationships with our field leaders and business partners.
You are comfortable preparing materials and presenting to executive leadership.
You’re organized, disciplined, and can execute multiple arms of a strategy simultaneously.
