Responsibilities :
- The Landscaping Associate position will have varying duties on a day-to-day basis.
- They will be responsible for manual labor tasks, landscaping, site maintenance, and general support of operations on location at our worksites.
- This position may require the use of hand tools, power tools, yard maintenance tools, & various other equipment. •Landscaping duties include mowing, edging, trimming, debris removal, some gardening, and site prep. Cut lawns using push or riding mower and trim and edge around walkways, flower beds, and walls. Sweep walkway of debris. Trim shrubs and pull weeds. Rake, mulch, fertilize, and prune the grounds as directed.
- Lawn care/ landscaping experience strongly preferred, but not required
- Our Maintenance Associate will display strong communication skills when working with our team leads and any customers onsite.
- Regularly lift heavy objects over 50 pounds for a large part of the day during projects.

The Details:
- Wages: $16.00 per hour. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Pay can increase depending on quality reviews at 30, 60, and 90 days.
- Available Shifts: Minimum (2) 10 hour days a week with a possibility of up to (4) 10 hour days, with Mondays off. Shifts are 7am-5pm.
- Season: Position starts mid-March to 1st week in April, weather dependent. Position ends beginning of November; weather dependent. Winter work is on-call basis.
- Gear: We will also provide snacks, water, PPE, monthly team lunches, team continuing education classes and/or materials, hats, shirts, and a boot allowance after a 90 day trial period. All tools to be provided.
