We at Brite Nites are creative outdoor specialists with a nationwide presence. We specialize in providing high quality outdoor lighting and decor for both residential and commercial properties. This includes holiday lighting, landscape lighting, bistro lighting, and other types of creative outdoor lighting. We are strategic in our business and seeking to hit our specific goals. Thus, we are seeking a confident, talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and take our marketing efforts to the next level.

Job Overview:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. The winning candidate will oversee all aspects of our marketing efforts, including managing social media, Meta ad campaigns, Google ad campaigns, website blogs, SEO, LSEO, graphic design, branding, traditional mailers, weekly reporting, and more. There is currently some support from other staff in some of these areas.

Other Notes:

Location: Murray, UT - This is NOT a remote position, you will be required to work at Brite Nites HQ. Hybrid optional. 

IF HIRED OUTSIDE UT - This is a remote position.

Duration: Full Time - You may be expected to work OT to accommodate the seasonal nature of our business. As a manager, you will be exempt from OT pay. 

Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 DOE

Benefits: Retirement plan with employer match; Self-managed PTO, and paid holidays

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan that includes social media posting, meta ad campaigns, Google ad campaigns, website blogs, SEO, LSEO, review harvesting, graphics design, branding, traditional mailers, and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with your social media manager.
• Develop and execute effective Meta ad campaigns and Google ad campaigns that drive traffic and increase conversions.
• Write compelling website blogs that educate and engage our audience.
• Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies to improve our search engine rankings. Oversee the development of high-quality graphics and branding materials that align with our brand guidelines.
• Develop and execute traditional mailers that generate leads and increase sales.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns using tools such as Google
• Analytics,and Search Console. Continuously evaluate and optimize our marketing strategies to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth. Work collaboratively with our sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies. Manage our Account Development Team to directly handle and nurture the leads coming in.

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. You will be required to provide examples of campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, ad campaigns, SEO, LSEO, review harvesting, and branding.
• Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understand of Google Business Profiles and the relevance they have for LSEO.
• Experience using tracking parameters in Google Ads and Pixels in Meta Ads. You will be required to provide accurate ROAS reports and other relevant marketing analytics.
• Experience using AI platforms and a deep understanding of why it's important and how to utilize it.
