Shift: Shift 1/8:45:00 AM to 7:15:00 PM
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $30.27 - $40.86 / hour
Lee Physician Group is seeking an Experienced RN to join their Phone Triage Team. This is High Volume, Emergent and Crisis scenarios, 4 10 hour days 8:45-7:15 includes every other weekend from 7a-5:15pm. Remote possibility after 90 days and performance criteria. Must be able to travel to office
Completes a detailed clinical assessment via telephone to identify the urgency and nature of the patients condition and coordinates the appropriate disposition to receive healthcare. Responsible for utilizing the nursing process and Evidence-Based decision support tools. Makes complex decisions based on nursing assessment, effective listening, critical thinking, advanced assessment and communication skills are essential. In addition to patient triage, the RN will facilitate other care delivery and self-care advice as the situation warrants.
