Job description
Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced construction Superintendent to oversee and manage our construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising construction processes, coordinating and scheduling work activities, and ensuring completion of the project within the specified timeline and budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Define project objectives and plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets.
- Organize and direct construction processes and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and other personnel to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Monitor progress, resolve issues, and adjust schedules as necessary.
- Schedule and oversee inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
- Evaluate and approve all subcontractor requests for progress payments.
- Maintain an accurate record of all project documents, including drawings, reports, and change orders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Commercial Construction, warehouses, Education Construction, K-12, Higher Education, Industrial Construction, Medical, Custom Homes, Residential Construction, Restaurant, multi-family, Hospitality.
