Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the team to set individual annual sales goals, aligned with office targets.
Act as the primary point of contact for investment management clients, fostering strong relationships.
Drive the growth and enhancement of the Profit Center's investment portfolio.
Identify and pursue new client opportunities, preparing tailored investment management proposals.
Offer holistic financial advice, encompassing the full range of the bank's products and services.
Design asset allocation strategies tailored to individual client needs.
Develop and update investment policy statements, ensuring portfolio adherence.
Conduct quarterly client meetings to review investment performance and discuss market conditions.
Maintain regular communication with clients, explaining investment results and ensuring tax efficiency.
Stay up-to-date with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, ensuring compliance.
Embrace and uphold the core values of our organization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
Experience with Financial Planning software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively present information to diverse audiences.
Excellent mathematical and analytical abilities.
Demonstrated leadership qualities.
Outstanding interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (required).
Master's Degree, MBA (preferred).
5-7 years of related investment management experience (required).
3-5 years of business development experience within the local market area (required).
Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification (required upon hire).
