Our Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine Sales Department Assistants ensure an elevated client experience by assisting the Pre-Owned Sales Managers in the administrative and financial duties of the PreOwned Sales Department.
Avondale is proud to represent Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, McLaren, Maserati and Koenigseg.
Processes all paperwork for pre-owned programs
Faxes all buyers’ orders for sold vehicles to the Customer Service Center
Maintains the Vehicle Management System through the dealer (ADP) computer system
Assists the accounting department with the Used-Cars-By-Age Report
Maintains Inventory System
Maintains purchased unit logs and processes purchase slips to the accounting office
Reviews and Researches pre-owned inventory schedules of internals
Maintain all car manuals and records in the Pre-owned Sales storage area
Maintains supply of printed materials required by the Pre-owned Sales department
Performs monthly Pre-Owned physical inventory with assistance from accounting office
Greets clients and visitors, obtains name and nature of business and introduces them to the appropriate member
Assists clients with License Plates and maintains Pre-Owned log of signatures
Coordinates manager's schedule, making appointments and travel arrangements
Conducts research and compiles statistical reports
Prepares monthly manager reports
Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings
Performs other administrative duties such as filing, fax transmission, photocopying, collating, typing, proofreading, data entry, and dictation
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related
experience and/or training
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
