Job description
We currently have an opportunity available for a Retail Store Associate - Key Holder/Management Trainee in our Surplus City store to help us develop and implement our growth strategies. We are looking for a friendly, out-going person to assist customers at our Carlisle, PA store and those applicants who want to gain valuable experience in a retail setting with advancement potential.
Job Summary - The Store Associate (FT) completes tasks that support the Store Manager and overall customer base. These tasks may include carrying out daily procedures like restocking shelves, organizing supply rooms or managing the cash register. Their job is also to provide customer support in all departments. As a Keyholder Trainee , this person will learn the nuts and bolts of the company's functions and support our management team in accomplishing organizational goals.
