Job description
As a Customer Service Event Representative , you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on community fundraising initiatives and providing exceptional customer service at on-site events.
Responsibilities: - Representing our clients with professionalism and addressing customer inquiries in person during events
- Delivering outstanding service by promptly and effectively responding to all questions and requests
- Participating in daily meetings and workshops to stay informed about new services and programs
- Fulfilling additional tasks as assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- Authorization to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Full-time availability to work on-site
- Quick learner with excellent communication skills
- While experience in customer service, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations is beneficial, it is not mandatory
