Responsibilities:
- Perform Xray and Mammography imaging procedures as prescribed by physicians ensuring accurate and highquality diagnostic images.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment for both Xray and Mammography following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Position patients for imaging procedures ensuring proper alignment and comfort.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to obtain relevant patient history and ensure accurate image interpretation.
- Administer contrast media for mammography as needed adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures responding promptly to adverse reactions or complications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records including documentation of imaging procedures and patient history.
- Collaborate with the radiology team to ensure efficient workflow and patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid Radiologic Technologist license in the state of practice.
- ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification in Radiography and Mammography required.
- Minimum of Specify years years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist with expertise in both XRay and Mammography.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong technical skills in operating XRay and Mammography equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
