As a HR Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be to support the Human Resources Team’s day-to-day operations to ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting capabilities. You will assist in compliance efforts under applicable federal, state, and local laws, does and ordinances including but not exclusive to: EEO, harassment training, required notices and wage and hour. Critical for success are strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and organizational skills.

What it takes:
Associate degree, 1-3 years related HR experience, or equivalent combination
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications)
Experience with public speaking and/or facilitating training
Bachelor’s degree, preference to Human Resources (preferred)
