We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our real estate developer, encompassing tasks ranging from accompanying the executive in various activities, and managing schedules to assisting with marketing initiatives. This pivotal role involves coordinating communication, creating content, and managing social media presence, in addition to project planning and strategy. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling confidential information, managing administrative tasks, and facilitating communication among staff and stakeholders. Additionally, the Executive Assistant will coordinate real estate-related projects, contribute to policy development, streamline office operations, and handle errands for the developer as needed. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate developer emails, schedules, and calendars
- Coordinate communication and correspondence
- Assist with real estate project planning and strategy
- Manage confidential information
- Handle administrative tasks
- Facilitate communication with staff and stakeholders
- Coordinate real estate-related projects
- Develop real estate policies and procedures
- Streamline office operations
- Provide general support to the real estate developer
- Running errands for the executive, ensuring seamless support and assistance in all aspects of their responsibilities.
- Create or Manage content, including text posts, videos, and images for use on social media
- Collaborate with colleagues from across marketing departments to ensure branding is consistent
Job Requirements:
Comfortable and flexible to accompany the executive to various activities and events.
- Previous experience or knowledge in real estate is a big plus
- Prior experience in an executive assistant role or similar position is required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination and representation.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage schedules efficiently.
- Capable of identifying issues, developing solutions, and making informed decisions.
- Has the initiative and ability to work independently.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Familiar with marketing concepts, including content creation, social media management, and promotional strategies, is preferred.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.
