Our sprawling campus includes a stunning event field where we host various festivals, weddings, corporate events, and celebrations from May to October.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a bartender at our seasonal event venue, you will be an integral part of the Event Team. You will be curating unforgettable experiences for our guests and elevating the ambiance of events. From pouring draft beers to providing exceptional service, to serving as an ambassador to the Finestkind brands. If you have a passion for craft beer and events, this is the job for you.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Smile! You will be welcoming guests to the brewery
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages according to guest preferences and venue standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory and sanitizing surfaces.
• Keep bar area clean in accordance with the company's guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department.
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age and is a valid license.
• Collaborate with the Event Manager to coordinate bar setup, ensuring smooth operations during events.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, processing payments and providing guests with receipts as needed.
• Other duties assigned by management

POSITION REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS

• Prior experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional weekdays, based on event schedules.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g. TIPS certification) is a plus.
• Knowledge of the beer industry is a plus.
