We are a growing Logistics company in the West Suburbs looking to grow our Accounting team! This will be a CTH, with the expectation to convert to full time. You will be helping with GAAP principles, assisting with sales tax, verifying Balance Sheet reconciliations, and more.
- Examine and reconcile the accounts payable, accounts receivable, and balance sheet accounts to the general ledger.
- Monitor, analyze and reconcile prepaid expenses, miscellaneous receivables, accruals and other balance sheet accounts.
- Assist in month-end, annual budgets, and audits.
- 3-5+ years of Accounting Experience.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of accounting and reporting capabilities.
