Director of Nursing - ICU/CVICUState-of-the-Art Facility/Upward Career MobilityOne of our clients in the region has engaged us to recruit a Director of Nursing to join their growing team. The Director of Nursing will oversee the nursing staff and overall nursing operations of the healthcare facility. They will supervise all nursing staff, maintain high standards of care for all patients, manage patients data and medical records as confidential records, communicate with doctors, patients, and family members about patient health, recruit, train, and onboard new nursing staff, provide ongoing education classes, and implement new procedures and training Nurses on policies.
