Andra Hem is a new cocktail lounge in the Rittenhouse neighborhood in a townhouse setting. The Scandinavian design leverages craftsmanship and contemporary design. The craft cocktail experience and locally sourced food is completely unique and the second floor private level is an incredible place for small events and private parties.

We’re looking for a dynamic individual to contribute in providing an exceptional food experience to our lounge and restaurant guests. This is a great opportunity to be part of a new team for a one-of-a-kind new cocktail lounge in Philadelphia.

We're looking for a part-time line cook with a minimum of 2 years experience working on a restaurant line in a fast paced kitchen. Open evening availability Wednesday-Saturday is required. Line cooks are responsible for the set up and breakdown of the line, will be asked to perform prep tasks and to ensure the station is well stocked. They will be responsible for the cleanliness of the station and all equipment used.

 Qualified cooks will:

-Have a minimum 2 years restaurant experience

-Have good communication skills with back and front of house staff

-Possess food safety knowledge (ServSafe preferred)

-Have basic knife skills

-Maintain a clean work environment

-Be able to stand for 8+ hours

-Be able to lift 25+ lbs

-Be a team player and maintain a positive attitude

Pay starts at $18 per hour.

All employees receive healthcare after 6 months of employment.
