Pay : $47,500-$50,000/yr with opportunity for additional bonuses

Our client's company is based in Annapolis, MD. This position will be for servicing customers on a given route in the following States: Maryland, DC, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and parts of New York and West Virginia. Generally, you will come into the office before and after your work day, but there is a possibility for occasional overnight when traveling outside of the DMV. *Candidate will have the opportunity to receive monthly bonuses in addition to their base pay.

We are seeking 2 Service Representatives to join our team. Service Reps will be responsible for helping customers by providing products and service of their first aid kits, as well as helping to maintain their AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators).

Responsibilities:

• Driving to customers locations on a given route using company issued work van
• Inspect, inventory, and replenish needed supplies in their first aid cabinets
• Document and update customer records, based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services that we offer
• Ensure that your company vehicle is fully stocked
• You will be required to make sure any needed service for your company vehicle is done, using the provided company Credit card (oil changes, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work independently
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MUST have clean driving record
• This position entails a lot of driving. You must be proficient in mapping out your days based on the locations of the customers you will be servicing
