How you will make a difference:

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you serve our clients in an in-home environment. Our physical therapist will work directly with the clients and their families to review treatment plans and work with them on scheduling, which allows for flexibility and control of your schedule. Therapist who thrives on being creative and helping client progress in the place they call home will enjoy joining our team.

What we are looking for in our Physical Therapist:

• 1 year of experience as a physical therapist
• Current PT license for Minnesota
• Excellent organization, planning, and project management skills
• Customer service experience
• A valid driver's License and reliable transportation
• Strong communication skills
