Woofies Mobile Pet Spa, LLC an affiliate of Authority Brands brings the comforts and amenities of an upscale grooming salon to the privacy and convenience of your home. 

We are seeking an Experienced Pet Groomer/ Stylist to join the team! The Groomer will work one-on-one in our fully equipped, self-contained mobile spa with state-of-the-art equipment and will have the support of our team in the office. This is not your typical Pet Salon environment!

We offer a $500 Sign-On Bonus! 

Responsibilities:

• Groom/trim, bathe, brush, comb, paw pad trimming, de-shedding, de-matting, drying, clipping, and filing nails, cleaning ears and deodorizing according to breed or mixed breed specifications as well as providing client-specified or breed-specific haircuts.
• Express anal glands only upon client request – internal gland expression is unauthorized
• Properly maintain, clean, and sanitize all equipment.
• Properly control the use of replenishable supplies by following dilution-level guidelines.
• Protect pets and self by adhering to safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain pet records by documenting services and updating information.
• Resolve customer issues by listening to and attempting to address issues directly with clients and reporting all incidents, outcomes, and needed follow-up details to the back-office team.

Qualifications Education or Experience: 1-year grooming experience necessary. Customer service experience is a plus. 

Working conditions: This job operates in the Woofie’s Mobile Grooming Van. Necessary equipment includes a reliable vehicle to get to work, a smartphone, and the ability to handle the pet. 

Physical requirements: physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms and requires the ability to occasionally lift the dog when needed, up to 80 pounds.
