REQUIRED EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree in Nursing and current licensure or valid permit to practice professional nursing in Texas, and four (4) years RN experience, or Masters in Healthcare Administration with at least one year relevant experience and two (2) years progressive management experience ,
Preferred:
Certification as a Certified Clinical Transplant Coordinator (CCTC)
Recent Transplant Program Management Experience
Transplant Coordinator Experience or Transplant Inpatient Experience
JOB SUMMARY
The Transplant Program Manager is accountable for the effective strategic planning, and the personnel, operational, and financial management of assigned program(s) and/or project(s), that cross multiple departments and/or services, to ensure optimal quality, cost, and service/outcomes.
