Position Details:
Position Type: Full-Time/Contract
Job Location: Cromwell, Ct

Compensation: $30-35/hour
2 days onsite in Cromwell (Tue/Wed), 3 days remote
Mon-Fri 8:30a-5p (a little flexibility between hours of 8am and 5:30pm)
Minimum Education: Minimum HSD, Bachelors preferred
An optimal Candidate would have the following skills:
- Strong organization skills and thorough/detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with invoicing/PO creation
- Experience in MS Office suite (including Teams, emphasis on Excel)
- Awareness of how Consumer Packaged Goods do business and target clientele (ie Walgreens/Target) would be hugely beneficial.
- SAP experience a plus (requisitions - specific system used is S4Hana)
Responsibilities Include:
- Match invoices corresponding to appropriate promotional events (ie "Buy One Get One" promos) for major retailers.
- Identify invalid invoices by reviewing shipment and in-store sales data, and work with sales leads/broker partners to dispute and reclaim funds.
- Assist in the set-up of purchase orders in SAP and track costs in the promotional tool.
Current Manager – Trade & Promotion Analytics will provide guidance on how to do some of the above with some of the above asks being specialized and very targeted.
- Opportunity for growth and additional training; once the invoicing specialist masters the BAU responsibilities listed, there is further opportunity to support post-promotional analytics.
