Job Summary:

It is also home to Disney Theatrical Productions; producer of world-class stage shows.
The Specialist of Digital Marketing will play a key role in driving Walt Disney Studio’s digital marketing efforts with exhibitors and in-theatre partners. They will work closely with the Cinema Partnerships team to assist with and execute planning calendars for digital marketing efforts with exhibitors and in-theatre partners across the studio’s titles. They will collaborate with studio marketing, exhibitors, partners, agencies/vendors and other key stakeholders to develop key insights and execute digital promotional tactics. They will implement the day-to-day execution of all digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Implement day-to-day execution of Cinema Partnerships digital campaigns (trailer launch, content debuts, ticket on-sale, strategy, etc.)
- Develop and execute promotional assets and digital campaign elements with the studio marketing team and department’s digital vendors.
- Partner with internal and external teams to understand and execute digital marketing trends and opportunities and deliver creative guidance, up-to-date assets, and pertinent film information to partners throughout the campaign.
- Build relationships with internal partners (digital, marketing strategy and sales) that build trust and foster collaboration.
- Assist with Cinema Partnerships’ overall responsibilities such as filmmaker and film recap decks, participation in team planning meetings and activities, upkeep of internal systems, and monitoring/capturing screenshots of social support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Related Field
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing or related area
- Proactive work ethic with “can-do” attitude a must; Self-motivated problem solver; Team player with a strong focus on driving strategic results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Outstanding organizational and analytical skills
- Manage the needs of diverse stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate with diverse internal and external partners
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Graphic Design experience a plus)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Entertainment industry experience preferred
Required Education:
- Four-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or Related Field
The hiring range for this position in California is $57,900 to $77,500 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
