Pay rate: $35/hr
Shift availability: Mon – Friday 8a –430p
Length: Six (6) months with possibility of extension

When you’re part of the team, youll do important work, like helping customers in finding cures for cancer, protecting the environment or making sure our food is safe! You'll work as a member of a larger procurement team to perform all functions needed to ensure the operation has a reliable supply chain of material and services as needed from external suppliers while also supporting efforts to drive supplier performance improvements.
Our ideal candidate must be able to:
Full responsibility for a subset of supply base in terms of implementing purchase orders, presenting forecast changes, and working to resolve delivery challenges
Collaborate with larger global Sourcing team to help identify and drive cost savings and look for opportunities to increase relationship with strategic supply base
Ability to problem solve, negotiated, and analyze supplier performance data
Share key delivery updates to Production Schedulers and Operations team
Support procurement activities with new product launches
Be able to do Supplier quality management and balanced scorecard tracking
Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelors degree
Experience requirements:
5+ years of Procurement/Buyer/Purchasing or Supply Chain experience
Project management skills, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent computer knowledge. Must be proficient wit Oracle E1 system.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Ability to react appropriately to changing priorities, impending deadlines, and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated knowledge of ISO/FDA, GMP, ISO Regulations and other regulatory requirements for diagnostics manufacturing.
OSHA safety compliance required
High degree of experience and capability in working with all levels of the organization to achieve requirements.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence and standard operating procedures.
Proven ability to implement improvements/cost savings.

This is an onsite role, must live near/in Eugene, OR
