Salary: Starting at $17.95 - $19.21
Schedule: [Thurs & Friday 3pm-9pm and Saturday & Sunday 1pm-9pm] 36 hours a week.
Travel: Devereux New Jersey will provide a company van for transporting the youth for community engagement.
What Devereux Looks for in YOU:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A high school diploam or GED and one year of experience working with youth in a group home setting OR
An associate's degree or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a field that is unrelated to social work or psychology and six months experience working with youth in a group setting OR
An associate's or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in social work, psychology or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be energetic, creative, and represent yourself as a positive role model
A strong passion for working with and helping children and youth with emotional and behavioral challenges
