THE TYPE OF BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONSULTANT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field
• Board Certified and Licensed as a Behavior Analyst certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board to provide supervision
• 1+ years experience working with children with Autism/Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, or ability to learn independently
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance to travel in the North Texas area

As a Behavioral Health Consultant, you lead the Autism Treatment Team, offering evaluation, treatment, and consultation services with a family-centered approach. Your role involves creating personalized programs to enhance the lives of children with autism and their families, focusing on improving daily activities and overall function. Emphasizing consistent practice and involving the natural support system, including family and friends, you ensure the skills learned in therapy sessions carry over to real-life situations. Holding yourself accountable for measurable changes, your expertise contributes to a brighter future for children with autism and their families.
