Job description

* Certificate Copy (Child Development Permit or Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential)
* Copy of Transcript (Must have Associate or Baccalaureate degree in Child Development or a related field or be enrolled in a program leading to such a degree; must have completed 12 college units in Child Development or Early Child Development including core classes, AND 3 units of Infant/Toddler courses)
* Driver's License Copy (Copy of Driver's License and proof of liability insurance)
* Letter(s) of Recommendation (One personal and one professional)
* Proof of HS Graduation
