Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a Human Service related field, five years experience in human services related to people with disabilities, or a combination of education and relevant work experience equaling five years.
At least five years full-time experience in human services.
Previous supervisory and/or training experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively, make presentations and write concise reports for all levels of employees.
Knowledge of CARF standards.
Knowledge of Team Building and Total Quality Management philosophies preferred.
Ability to travel between offices.
