Responsibilities:
- Communicate with all vendors, partners, and staff regarding payments and financial records to ensure bills are paid promptly
- Enter financial data into computer software, making sure all bills and invoices are filed correctly
- Review accounts payable and receivable regularly to ensure every invoice and expense report to evaluate accuracy
- Ensure tracking and reporting of all rents and security deposits and follow late-payment procedures
- Various Administrative Duties, including but not limited to mail, bank deposits, and office supplies
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting preferred
- Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks
- Real estate industry experience is highly valued
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
