Job Summary
Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Edits new and existing applications. Implements, testing and debugging defined software components. Documents all development activity. Being a Solutions Engineer is a diverse, hybrid role requiring a technical background in core-programming (preferably Java or Groovy), excellent communication skills, as well as the desire and skill to design and implement end-to-end online video solutions for Comcast Technology Solution’s (CTS) customers.
CTS’s media publishing system API is extensive and requires in-depth technical understanding in order to be applied effectively. The Solutions Engineer role requires resourcefulness and organizational skills in order to complete customer engagements successfully.

Bachelor's Degree

Primary Location Pay Range: $92,241.02 - $138,361.53
Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
