Job description
Our client has a need for a Medical Doctor to see patients, perform orthopedic-focused exams and administer joint injections in an outpatient setting for their clinics in Champaign & Springfield, IL.
Position Details:
- Licensed to practice medicine in Illinois.
- Belief in the potential of regenerative therapies to help treat arthritis, joint injuries and chronic pain and help patients avoid surgery and pain meds (training provided).
- Be outstanding with patients and develop immediate rapport as a concierge medical provider, must communicate confidence in regenerative medicine
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
- Ability to interact with staff in a team environment.
- Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
- Knowledge of current principles, methods, and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in the area of expertise.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides and manages direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments and diagnoses.
- Supervise medical staff of mid-level providers and assistants.
- Follows established policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
- BMAC experience is a plus
Details and compensation:
- Initial Schedule 2 days per week - Tues & Fri
- Clinics are located in Champaign and Springfield
- Must be able to attend a 2-day training class
- $1,500 - $1,800 a day BOE
- Potential to earn a bonus tied to the performance of the clinic
