Good candidates for this position will have a background in sales and/or customer service and are great at dealing with people. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not required. The primary function of a Customer Service Advisor is to provide an excellent experience for our guests and to guide them through the Jiffy Lube Signature Service. They oversee working directly with customers to communicate vehicle service recommendations and educating them about their vehicle’s maintenance requirements.
What do we require of you?
The must haves:
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Age 18 or older.
• Ability to speak, read and write English.
• Ability to speak effectively with customers and employees.
• Can complete the required computer-based training (CBT) modules.
• Attendance is an essential function of employment, and you must be timely and ready to work your scheduled shifts.
The physical requirements:
This position will require the employee to regularly service cars. Thus, while performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to:
• Stand and walk.
• Use hands, and fingers to feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Able to lift objects up to 25 pounds and transfer from one height to another.
• Able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
• Able to communicate clearly.
